Ingredients needed:
- eggs
- applesauce
- olive oil
- maple syrup
- shot of espresso
- all purpose flour
- cacao powder
- baking powder
- baking soda
- dark chocolate chips
How to make espresso brownies:
- Preheat oven to 180°c (fan forced) and line an 8×8 baking tray.
- In a bowl add the eggs, applesauce, olive oil, maple syrup, espresso and mix until combined.
- Mix in the flour, cacao powder, baking powder, baking soda and fold in the dark chocolate chips.
- Transfer mixture to the lined baking tray and bake for 15-18 minutes or until cooked.
- Let cool, slice up and enjoy!
